Mr. Collins represents homeowners in landslide cases from Malibu to San Diego, Hollywood Hills to the Valley, garnering millions in settlements and repairs for his clients. Fires have been raging across the state, and when the ashes have settled, Mr. Collins and his team have been instrumental in securing tens of millions of dollars for victims of the Woolsey Fire, the Big Rock Fire, and other major blazes in Malibu. Mr. Collins has fought for property owners fighting state and local governments illegally limiting use of their property and diminishing its value. Recently, Mr. Collins won successful awards for his clients in the Raceway Ford v. State of California (CalTrans) Inverse Condemnation and the City of Fontana v. Sunrise Ford Eminent Domain cases.
